PAYMENT:  Currently we offer two options, you may either print off your order and post it to us together with a cheque or your credit card details or you can make payment via Pay Pal.  If you use PayPal you do not need to have your own Pay Pal account, you can use the facility and pay in the normal manner with either your debit or credit card.

RETURNS: Unwanted goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Return the goods together with the receipt in the same condition that they were received in. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage and packing.

DAMAGED GOODS: Please let us know if goods arrive damaged or if there are any other problems within three days of receipt.

MIMIMUM ORDER: Currently £7:50

POSTAGE COST: Postage cost is £2.95 per order. Orders over £200 postage free.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:  Many of the beads that we sell are hand made and therefore the size and colour may vary from batch to batch. we make every effort to reproduce the colour of the beads as accurately as possible.
The numbers at the end of the codes and shown in the table below will give you a guide to the colours.

When metal beads are described as gold, silver or copper, this describes the colour of the bead and not the type of metal they are made from.
Sterling silver beads or findings are marked STS.
We cannot guarantee that the beads will remain colour fast.
